Set in beautiful landscaped gardens, this three bedroom apartment offers great sized accommodation with light pouring into the lounge and kitchen area. It is a quiet and private area and offers a relaxed ambience in a tranquil setting.
Renovated in early 2012 - the apartment offers modern furnishings and touches that are in keeping with the properties location.
Little Cove is located around two ridgelines overlooking Laguna Bay and Noosa Main Beach. On the lower parts of Little Cove, filtered ocean views are available from many of the apartments located directly across from private Little Cove Beach.
On the headland of First Point is some of the most prestigous and strongly held real estate in the whole of Noosa. Attracting the highest per square meterage price in the whole of Noosa, these townhouses have simply unbelieveably views out to the Pacific Ocean. Properties in this area attract many visitors and permanent residents who wish to walk to cosmopolitan Hastings Street but stay away from the hustle and bustle.
Throughout the apartment you get a feeling of a real beach house, with high ceilings, open spaces and comfortable furnishings. A full equipped kitchen is available, with a small laundry tucked behind sliding doors.
